Orders & delivery
You can review your orders any time in the app under your account. Delivery and pickup options, timing, and availability are shown at checkout based on the warehouse serving your item. If an order looks delayed or incorrect, email us with your order number and we'll investigate.
Returns & refunds
If something isn't right, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order and describe the issue (photos help for damaged items). We'll walk you through return eligibility and process any approved refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
Account issues
For sign-in problems, email changes, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the address on your account. You can also manage your profile and saved items directly in the app.
