Every order is fulfilled from a real warehouse holding real stock. You choose how it reaches you, and the cost is settled before you pay — never after.
Warehouse pickup — free
Warehouse pickup costs $0. There is no minimum order and no handling fee.
Pickup available in 2–5 days, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pickup is offered when your address is within range of a warehouse that supports it. If you are further out, pickup simply isn’t shown and delivery is offered instead — being far away never blocks an order.
Delivery — quoted for your address
Delivery is priced per item for the address you enter, then totalled for the order. We do not average delivery into product prices, because that makes customers near a warehouse subsidise those who are not.

You will see the delivery cost at checkout, before payment. If we cannot price delivery for an item, we say so rather than guess.
How your warehouse is chosen
We pick the nearest warehouse that holds every item in your order with current stock data. When no single warehouse can cover the whole order, we split it across the closest warehouses that can.
Stock accuracy
A product is only listed once the supplier has confirmed it is available. Quantities shown come from per-warehouse counts, and availability is re-checked on our servers at checkout before any payment is taken.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Return shipping is on us for defects, transit damage, and wrong items. Full details are in the 5-day return policy.
